What Changed

The old site was a Wix template. 171 scripts. 27 stylesheets. Over 1MB just to load the homepage. Visitors on mobile waited 4+ seconds to see anything useful. Half of them left before the hero image loaded.

We rebuilt it from scratch on 11ty. Static HTML. Two stylesheets. Ten scripts (most of them analytics). The homepage now serves 41KB total — that's 25x smaller than before.

• Dynamic sitemap — auto-generated from all pages, always up to date
• CDN deployment — served from Vercel's edge network globally, sub-300ms load times
• No JavaScript framework overhead — vanilla JS only where needed, native HTML elements for FAQ accordions

The services page now showcases every offering with clear descriptions and CTAs. The FAQ section answers common questions before they're asked. The 3-step "Getting Started" process removes friction from the buying decision.
