Pricing Structure

This agreement is structured as a performance-based partnership with two phases:

Phase 1 — Startup
$100/mo
Monthly retainer until $50 in cumulative commissions are earned
Phase 2 — Performance
$0.50/customer/mo
Commission-only model once $50 threshold is reached

How it works: You pay $100/month to start. For every customer that signs up through our website or automated BDR system, GullStack earns $0.50 per month for as long as they remain a customer. Once your cumulative commission payments to GullStack reach $50, the $100/month retainer stops — you only pay the per-customer commission going forward.

Transitions to commission-only ($0.50/customer/mo) after $50 in commissions earned.
Website build and BDR setup included at no additional cost.

Commission Tracking

  • Commissions are tracked via unique lead source attribution (website form, BDR campaign ID)
  • Monthly commission reports provided by the 5th of each month
  • Commissions continue for the lifetime of each customer relationship
  • $100/month retainer pauses once $50 cumulative commission threshold is reached

Timeline

  • Week 1: Website finalization with your branding, content, and webinar integration
  • Week 2: BDR system configuration, prospect list building, campaign launch
  • Ongoing: BDR optimization, website updates, performance reporting

Terms

  • Monthly billing via credit card subscription
  • 30-day cancellation notice required
  • Upon cancellation, commission obligations continue for customers acquired during the agreement
  • GullStack retains ownership of BDR systems and proprietary tooling
  • Client retains ownership of website content and customer relationships
